Cookie policy

Our approach

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser; storage in your browser works the same way, and this page covers both. It covers quicklaunchstudio.in and our shop at sales.quicklaunchstudio.in, not our clients’ websites.

We use no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites. We count visits with our own copy of Umami, which uses no cookies. Cookies the sites need to work are set without asking, as the law allows. The one optional cookie, for affiliates, is only set after you say yes in our banner, and you can change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Needed for the sites to work

ql_client (quicklaunchstudio.in): keeps you signed in to your project after you enter your email code, until you sign out or stop using it (at most 400 days).

Studio sign-in cookies (quicklaunchstudio.in, our team only): keep our staff signed in.

qli_… (the shop): keeps you signed in to your project’s form, up to 14 days.

wp_woocommerce_session_…, woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart (the shop): your basket and checkout, up to 2 days. wordpress_logged_in_…, wordpress_sec_…, wordpress_test_cookie: signing in to My account.

qli_currency (both sites): the currency you pay in (rupees, pounds or US dollars), so every page and the checkout show and charge the same price, 30 days. qli_country_checked (browser storage on quicklaunchstudio.in): that your country was checked this visit, until you close the tab.

qli_consent (both sites): remembers your choice in our cookie banner, 6 months.

Razorpay and PayPal: set their own cookies on the payment step, to take your payment securely and stop fraud. See their policies.

Only if you say yes

qli_ref (the shop): if you came from an affiliate’s link, which affiliate sent you, so they can be paid a commission if you buy within 30 days. It holds only their link’s name. If you say no, the affiliate isn’t credited and nothing is saved.

Not cookies, but worth knowing

To show prices in your currency, our server, and sometimes your browser, asks country.is or ipinfo.io which country your IP address is in. Our order emails are sent by Brevo and our newsletter by MailerLite.

Your choices

Choose Accept or Reject in our banner: rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing optional is set before you choose. Change your mind with Cookie settings; saying no removes the affiliate cookie. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though signing in and the basket need theirs.
