Questions, answered
Do I need to know WordPress?
No. You make every change in our editor or by asking AI. When you’re happy, you download one file and our plugin builds the whole site on WordPress for you, with a step-by-step guide.
Who owns the website?
You do. It runs on your own WordPress hosting with your own domain, and keeps working without us. There’s nothing to cancel.
What are Ask AI credits?
Each message to Ask AI in the editor uses one credit, and the count is always shown. The AI site comes with 50, Designed for you by AI with 100 and Full Pro with 150. You can buy more at any time.
Can I change my site after it’s live?
Yes. The WordPress block editor works as normal, and Quick Launch AI (£99, then £9 a year) lets you change pages, words, colours and fonts by chatting, with Undo.
Will my enquiry emails arrive?
Most hosts need email set up (SMTP) so form emails don’t land in spam. Full Pro includes guaranteed delivery; for everyone else, our Premium support package sets it up for you.
Is it good for Google?
Every site is built for search: one clear topic per page, titles and descriptions, fast pages on phones and Rank Math SEO ready to go.
