Who we are

Quick Launch Studio designs and builds websites for small businesses. This page explains what we collect when you use quicklaunchstudio.in, our design chat and editor, and what we do with it. Questions: email support@quicklaunchstudio.in.

What we collect

When you buy, our shop collects your name, email, billing details and order. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.

When you build your website, we keep the answers you give in the design chat, the words and photos you add, and your messages to Ask AI, so we can design and build your site.

Our servers keep short technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

To design, build and support your website; to send you emails about your order and project; to answer your questions; and to keep our service safe. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

AI

To design your site and answer Ask AI, we send your answers and requests to our AI provider, which processes them for us and does not use them to train its models. We only send what the request needs.

Cookies

This website uses only cookies it needs to work, such as keeping you signed in to your project. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your project while you use our service and for up to 12 months after, so we can help with changes. Order records are kept for 6 years for tax reasons. Ask us to delete your project at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@quicklaunchstudio.in. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
