These terms

These terms cover buying and using Quick Launch Studio websites, the design chat, the editor, Ask AI and Quick Launch AI. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions: email support@quicklaunchstudio.in.

What you buy

Each website option is a one-off payment for a website designed and built in our Studio, which you download and install on your own WordPress hosting (Full Pro includes our team setting it up). Hosting and domains are not included unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Ask AI credits are included with each option and extra packs can be bought. Credits belong to the project they were bought for and have no cash value. Quick Launch AI is a yearly licence for one website.

Your content

You’re responsible for the words, photos and logos you give us and for having the right to use them. You keep ownership of your content, and you own the finished website once it is paid for.

Fair use

Ask AI and Quick Launch AI are for changes to your own website. They politely decline anything else, and we may limit or stop accounts that misuse them.

Changes and refunds

You can ask for a refund before work on your design starts. Once your designs are made, we’ll work with you to put things right rather than refund. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Our responsibility

We build every site with care and test it on current WordPress versions, but we can’t be responsible for your hosting, other plugins, or changes made after handover. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the order.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
